A. Shipping costs and information

Worldwide shipping:
QI. generally ships worldwide. All countries currently stored in the system can be found in the footer of this website, under "Country/Region". If your country is not listed, please contact us!
We will gladly inform you about the respective shipping costs as follows:

Valid for all prints on fine art paper (museum quality), without frame:

- 7,00 EUR

EU member states:
- 12,00 EUR

Other European countries that are within the member countries of the European Environment Agency (EEA) - see the countries HERE.
- 9,00 EUR / UK
- 16,00 EUR / all others

Outside Europe everything will be shipped with DHL EXPRESS!
- 40,00 EUR / USA
- 50,00 EUR / Canada
- 75,00 EUR / Australia, New Zealand
- 75,00 EUR / ROW, Rest of World

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you.

These include, for example, costs for
- the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or
- import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Shipping for all works printed on paper (fine art museum quality) is from Germany.

➤ After receipt of order, the pictures leave the printing laboratory after 1 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday). See table below → Delivery times.
➤ Shipping is done with DHL.
➤ All deliveries outside Europe will be shipped with DHL Express!
➤ In order for you to receive tracking information, we have to pass on your e-mail address to DHL (see data protection).

➤ Additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may therefore be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.


We love it when DHL treats our deliveries like a raw egg!

➤ It rarely happens (the selected print partner has a 4.9 on Trustpilot), but if a picture does arrive damaged, it will be exchanged without any problems (14-day return policy).

IMPORTANT: In this case, we ask you to send us photos of the damage immediately (immediately after receipt of the picture) to:

None of the pictures are stock items!
It will only be printed for you after we have received your order.

B. Delivery times:

The print lab prints the picture within 1 - 3 working days (Mon - Fri)*.
From handover to DHL, plus the following days:

Within Europe with standard shipping from DHL

  • Germany: 2 - 3 (possibly 5 days, depending on how fast the post is)
  • UK: 2 - 5 days
  • Europe: 2 - 10 days

Outside of Europe, everything goes with DHL Courier/Express!

  • USA: 2 - 5 days
  • Canada: 2 - 5 days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 5 - 7 days
  • ROW, Rest of World: 2 - 10 days

*) production/printing in the print lab starts on the working day following your order.
➤ So, for example, if you order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, the above times will be counted from Monday.

C. Payment information:

For all deliveries (regardless of the country of delivery), we offer the following payment options at order completion (check-out):

- Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple terminal device while complying with verification steps.
